In 2021, a trio of local Girl Scouts working toward their Silver Award, saw the need for Blessing Boxes in our community and built and placed them at the Fire Station 4 on Woodlawn Drive and 416 Morningside Dr. The Girls reached out to the Alliance for assistance in maintaining the Blessing Box on Woodlawn moving forward.

Providing Friendswood families in need with supplies needed for back to school!

For the past four years, MustangReady has provided students in need from Friendswood ISD with backpacks, custom school supplies pack for their campus/grade level, and hygiene supplies to help students start the year off on the right foot. 

MustangReady is funded entirely by community donations and would not be possible without the generosity of Friendswood ISD community.

Throughout the year, FISDCares utilizes volunteers to assist with several initiatives. Some things we use volunteer support for are:

• Wrapping Gifts for MustangSanta

• Bags and Bottles BINGO Event planning, set up, take down

• Santa in the Park

• Under the Oaks

• Other Alliance events set up
